Shoreline Health Solutions, LLC is a small community health consulting agency founded in 2000, that works exclusively with community health centers, and other non-profit agencies working to improve access to health care for under-served populations.  With a deep respect for the community health center model of care, we have worked with both urban and rural health centers throughout the country on multiple aspects of health center operations, including FQHC planning and start-up, community needs assessments, FQHC readiness assessments, compliance assessment, policy and procedure manuals, strategic planning, quality improvement, data management, program evaluation, and grant writing.   Since May 2000, Shoreline has secured over $91.6 million in grant funding for our community health center clients.
